My stay at Sky Dome Resotel was definitely a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and had a nice new feel, but the hotel's location left a lot to be desired since it was pretty isolated. Plus, the customer service was lacking, with staff not speaking much English, which made things really frustrating at times.
